Despite the rumors of Real Estate prices going down in California and interest rates rising, the overall market is still strong and there are still good deals out there. This would be a great time for buyers to go out and shop for a home and get a great deal! This is gonna level off the market but we feel strongly that it wont go down drastically like some have thought.
