Real Estate as an investment some feel the good ole days of investing in real estate are over? (What do you think?)  Are they ?  I feel in this type of market  it's a great time to invest in real estate and also make money.  This is the time when buyers and sellers really don't know what to do, because some feel prices are going up while others think there going down. I feel they will remain stable!
